| PSSSHHHH ID FAIL. New one as soon as I remember. Which might be a while. /fail 8D Miss VM My name is Anna pronounced Auh-Nah. I've been called Ann-Ah almost all my life, but I've recently decided to change my name the proper Bavarian pronunciation. I love riding, though I have a tendency to scowl and look angry when I do so (I'm happy! I swear!). I'd like to try barrel racing and pole bending someday, but at the moment I'm content with my can't-walk-a-straight-line Loki Other places; myspacewww.myspace.com/cheapnightmares facebookwww.facebook.com/cheapnightmares Le Stuffs I do Nothing really exciting. I paint, write, sculpt, and turn my little brothers into gory zombies on Halloween. At the moment I'm amusing myself with making line arts and carving bones with my dremel. I would like to do something with bugs soon. My Horses These guys take up the majority of my time. I have a tendency to buy the ones that are to thin, untrained, unsocialized, haven't-been-ridden-in-years and so forth. So I have a herd of minions instead of well mannered riding mounts. Sammy- Oldest of the lot and rather spoiled. He was severely starved, but after a time of food, love, and care, he is at a reasonable weight and is shiny with health. Once I'm able to pick up and move round bales, he'll fill out wonderfully. Daily turnout and hay is helping...but the going is slow! Loki- I've had Loki since he was six. I bought him in December of '06, and rode him for all of three months. Then I broke my back, and didn't ride him again until August '08, didn't ride him outside a round pen until April or so of '09. Update!: Loki is nearly ready for the trails. He now knows who's the boss and respects that. Of course, he's still spooky and unsure of things but I am proud of how he's coming along and can't WAIT to get out there and ride! He also managed to fill his forelock with cockleburrs. No riding for me until those are out X-x Red Man- Half brother to Loki, I bought him because of his looks...not his temperament. At the time of his sale he was an untouchable, not halter broke, frustrating little shit. Now, he is a touchable, halter broke little loverboy. I'm working on bathing and catching while he gains back the weight he lost in boarding. He's quite handsome when he's fattened up, however. Peanut-SOLD Peanut did, in the end, go to his new home. His 7yr owner was positively ecstatic. :3 Icarus- The latest addition to the herd. He is a stock, upapered stud Quarter Horse. And honestly...I'm wowed. Stunning baby doll head, large liquid eyes, nice, well built legs. Tough, but small, feet. Solid conformation, beautiful chestnut coloring. I had expected an fugly, cow-hocked, poorly bred little turd with a coarse head and a skinny neck. Not a damningly beautiful show-quality colt! Definitely a keeper |
